    Neil Miguel Watson, is a Director and Camera Operator based in LA. Neil grew up in a small town on Puerto Rico's west coast called Aguadilla. His grandfather was a military man with a passion for movies and TV, who was a profound influence in Neil’s life. He would immerse Neil in all types of shows, from Telenovelas to comedies like Laugh-In and Police Squad.

    As Neil grew older, his love for filmmaking deepened. For years the economic challenges and strict upbringing, kept Neil from being able to pursue his dream. The turning point came when, on his deathbed, Neil’s grandfather urged him to pursue his passion. Motivated by his words, Neil enrolled at Full Sail University. While in enrolled, he directed and filmed a myriad of short films and music videos.

    After graduating, Neil was contacted by the reservation website, cheapoair.com to produce and direct their national commercial.

    Neil has worked on a variety of TV Shows. From La Voz Kids, American Ninja Warrior and Love is Blind to Feature films like, Sharknado 3 Ladybird, Fog of War and the Avatar Sequels.

    When he isn’t working on big films or TV shows, Neil writes produces and directs Indie films, Commercials and Music Videos with his partner Veronica Smith under their production company Film Dreams, Inc.

Meet the Team

    Veronica Smith has been pursing her passion of creating images for over a decade. A small spark was lit at the age three when her parents gave her a camera to occupy her during a family vacation.

    Then in middle school, the spark grew into a flame when she began making videos with her friends, using her home and Virginia neighborhood as a backdrop. It was an escape into a fantasy world.

    Her drive was nurtured through a film and television class offered by her high school and then furthered by attending Full Sail University. The access to professional lighting and camera equipment only solidified what she knew in her heart, cinematography was what truly made her happy. 

    After graduation, she drove out to Los Angeles with nothing but her skills and dreams. The path since has been anything but predictable. She has worked a variety of production assistant and coordinator jobs on feature films, TV shows, and commercials. 

    Now Veronica has turned her attention full time as a cinematographer and camera operator. This year she has begun to expand her skills into producing narrative, commercials, and music videos for her film company, Film Dreams Inc., that she co-owns with her partner Neil Watson.
